Spent about 2 hours there last Monday, July 5, 2010. It's a nice lake, used the unimproved "ramp" at the east end near the culvert. Was shallow but worked just fine for my old 17' bass boat. Caught about 8 largemouth in the lily pads, 4 of them were keepers, 2 of them pretty nice ones. I look forward to coming back when I have more time.

Crappies a-plenty. Evening you can find them near almost any shore line, and they bite well on plastic or live bait. MOst on the small side, but with careful knife work, they taste just as good.

Good crappie fishing my uncle and his buddy went out about a month ago and caught our limit throughout the whole day. Nice gills too.
