If you don’t have controls or laws pertaining to fishing you won’t have to worry about fish populations, water temps , reports etc.   The more people that get the message the better, not just the couple of dozen who attend those meetings, which are very important.   No different than the spearing or reservation fishing lock-out.

Does anyone have info on water height, water temp, fish activity, in the area?

All i see is dicussion on pros and cons of wake boarding.

Let's get back to fishing boys, and leave the debating issues for your local DNR meetings which you all can argue them at that time.
Does no good to argue them here.

Again, any info appreciated, and i hope you all have a good fishing season, free of your troublesome wake boats that seem to give you so much grief.

Phishin' Phreak, out!

Cigarette boats don’t do near the damage as wake boats, not even close.   While annoying they are high speed craft which doesn’t produce the huge destructive waves that Wake boats cause.

Upriver from Poygan I recall seeing a 40 ft cigarette boat docked.  I wondered who is more insane the boat user/owner or the regulators both who neglect common sense and responsibility.

It's terrible what those boats can do. I believe them to be causing declines in some panfish populations due to loss of habitat, weed beds. A few lakes I know in Washington County have lost a ton of their weed beds. Those Minnesota studies show what harm they can cause.

They need to be banned on bodies of water less than 20 feet horrible for shallow water

Shall we discuss wake boats on the system😡.   Wake boats Will cause a tremendous amount of silt in this shallow water system choking out plant life and later spawning fish species.

If we were truly worried of erosion the ocean liners and speed boats wouldn't be aloud around here especially the wolf river
