Browns Lake

Went out for a kayak tournament and picked up a few on a TRD and a jerkbait. Water temp was over 60 in some areas. 

Just saw this pop up on Nextdoor. 
Big update for our Winter Jamboree! Due to changing ice conditions, we are pivoting to a land based event so everyone can celebrate safely. And trust us… you are still going to want to be there. Fish payouts will be pulled from the registration raffle and there are ONLY 100 tickets available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Food will be available for purchase starting at 11AM, so come hungry. Raffles and the ATV drawing kick off at 1PM and you must be there to feel the excitement when those winners are called. We recommend arriving between 11 and 12 to grab lunch, secure your raffle tickets, and get in on the action before drawings begin.

Over 7 inches at the launch Monday. Should be a little better by now. The ice on main lake is good.

Is the public launch frozen again?  I know it was open last week and was taped off but hoping it's safe enough for a fat, old, 300 pound green guy to get on the lake with a machine without falling in.  I'd be angry if I fell in, and you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.

Launch is super thin. They put caution tape up. 

Went by Fischer park yesterday at noon. Open water 20ft out from boat ramp. Shore froze just east of ramp. Don't know how far east you have to go to get good ice.

Any ice reports off the beach at Fischer Park for this week? Looking to get out Saturday. 

I know this is a longshot but last year on Feb 9th I mistakenly left a bucket with 6 tip-ups in it at the Fischer park boat ramp. If anyone found those and would be willing to return them to me, please let me know. I would be willing to pay for the good deed. I can identify each one and other items in the bucket as well.
