East Sidney Lake is located in Delaware County, New York. This lake is 190 acres in size. It is approximately 51 feet deep at its deepest point. When fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Brown Bullhead, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch and Pumpkinseed.
Limited rooted aquatic vegetation.
Boat launch located at East Sidney Dam Recreation Area on South West shore of lake.

The lake is mainly fished for its panfish, but some huge bass have been caught. It is also a popular destination for carp fisherman. Prohibited by Town of Sidney.
