Launched out of Widwood and saw a couple fish at dropoff about 40 ft so dropped minnows and nightcrawlers, no luck. trolled around the bend to Fineout creek saw nothing on the fish finder. Threw spinners and crank bait at the reeds and lily pads, no luck. Across the lake to north arm. No fish on the fish finder. Went back to Wildwood and fished the drop off for another hour, No luck.
I remember when you could fish off the shore or in a boat and catch fish everytime you went out. Seems like this lake is fished out.

Just a gorgeous lake. When the light is right this gin clear lake can look emerald. We target and catch mostly smallies. Mostly caught using tubes, senkos and small crankbaits. Mostly the shallower parts of the lake (northern). The launchs are more primative then some lakes but still useable.
