any input on these rods for trolling churches walleye boards and cranks? do these have enough backbone for the load the walleye board puts on the rod?

I also run Cabelas Depthmaster trolling rods with Depthmaster line counter reels. Plenty of back bone for pulling boards for walleyes. I have 2 of the 8 1/2 foot teloscopping and 2 of the 6 1/2 or 7 2 piece for pulling boards. Both have a gentle tip for good hook sets and plenty of back bone for pulling in large fish. I then use cheap baitcaster setups for long lining. 6 lines is enough of a pain that I dont need to run anymore. I got the combos on sale for $50 this spring. Usual price is around $70 I believe. The drags are definitelly not top of the line and sometimes to let line out you have to make a half of a crank then flip the switch. For that money, who really cares. I did notice Cableas did not show the telescoping rods anymore which sucks for storage. I did however see them in store yesterday.
