STORMER & KIRKNESS LAKES

Stormer and Kirkness Lakes have been known for years to be some of the best Ontario Walleye Fishing & Ontario Pike Fishing Lakes in all of Northwest Ontario. Most Ontario Walleyes average above 18 inches with plus 30 inchers present and numerous Ontario Pike above 40 inches are caught all summer long. Prior to purchasing Stormer Lake Lodge, we spent one day fishing the lake to see for ourselves how good it was. Within the first two hours in the morning we caught over 80 Walleyes and only 5 were less than 18 inches. For the rest of the morning we then proceeded to catch half a dozen Pike with the largest being 31 inches. And during this short period of time, we also caught some Smallmouth Bass. In talking with previous guests who have fished at Stormer Lake Lodge, they all said this was a fairly typical day of fishing on Stormer and Kirkness Lakes.
