Line for jigging pike through the ice

Don't line up too low with your pike because just one strong head shake can easily kill the fish. I usually use a braid around 40lb for better abrasion resistance, and a shorter steel leader significantly reduces the Among Us Online risk of it being bitten through.

Its all in the leader you put on. I've caught pretty big pike by accident with 8lb test but also lost some because of too light leader but I was targeting walleye.
