Just saw a video on youtube. Is this legal? In wisconsin? I know the regs have a something about rifle bullet size. Just asking, would someone get pinched for getting a gun tag . My son is not allowed to have a ''FIREARM. I looked up the definition and it looked like an air rifle is not a firearm?

2 ways to find for sure. Read and learn the regs thoroughly or/and Email the DNR and ask. The people on the other end are knowledgeable and polite and service is reasonably quick.. The email address is on the reg pamphlet and online.
If air rifles are legal there must be some minimum power level allowed just like there is for bows.
