What's for Breakfast?

In the spirit of the wildly popular "What's for Dinner" forum...(I didn't want to hijack the thread), what's for breakfast today or tomorrow? Or what is the best breakfast you've had or cooked? Recipes are welcome too. After all, it is the most important meal of the day! I'll get it started. Today is Sunday so I'll be making my famous Hot Dog Omelette (made only with Dubuque Cheese Plumpers, of course), a Bloody Mary heavy on the Lea & Perrins, and a healthy dose of Sunday morning fishing shows on the dish. A bachelor's dream! So what about you?

Had a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee

Breakfast burito.

A double fold over, light and fluffy cheese omelette.

Great start for the day !

It was always over easy for so many years. Now, sunny side up I think it’s the way to go.

My homemade bacon and eggs from the coupe 

Poached eggs sausage toast and 1/2 orange

Bears victory breakfast 

Pancakes with a warm fresh blueberry compote and plenty of butter and real maple syrup.

Made an egg bake for my family this morning.
