Body is 90% water, when outside take off shoes and socks….discharge your ions we are magnetized, feels good, heavy whipping cream for cooking and coffee, no carbs, no sugar, got my whole family going on that one, mushroom coffee, what you guys got going on? Every little bit helps. Net

I know and I was born here in Chicago (flatliner) but lived in Gleason county for a number of yrs as a kid and fished local lakes up there and in Wisconsin in general. So i know what i did yrs ago and i don't or won't forget what i know. Willing to share my knowledge on yearly patterns on any or all lakes cause I still remember what to do. AS far as boozing in up, I still do it occasionally!!! Does that answer your post Snake ? Sure hope so.
Net, if you do a search on Creatine and diabetes you can decide if its right for you and your needs. Might help with the diabetes Ive used it now for a month in hopes of having more energy and my only side effect is headaches if I dont drink enough water. Creatine is also less effective in proximity to caffeine.
Way too often these days is that people neglect the physical and the mental health suffers. Its all connected. Most people I meet at my workout place workout for the more mental needs than the physical benefits.

I am having good luck with my Michelob ultra, my guilty pleasure with a cigar….. physically work pretty hard every day, that with good diet , seems to be working for me. Using the cgm to lower the blood sugar graph makes you eat better, to get lower have to eat even better, lol. Like said it is the cheat code…. lol, give a try if truly interested in making gains, agree with the steps and exercise , especially after a meal…., brings it down, so for sure a positive. Net.
