Waters Edge Motel
We are open all year for your convenience. We have wireless internet and cable television! Our motel is smoke free!We offer 8 rooms, 6 rooms have one double bed, one twin, one fold-down couch. These 6 rooms also include kitchenettes with stove burners, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, utensils and coffee makers. There are pizza ovens and microwaves available as well. The motel has outdoor fire pits. The other 2 rooms have coffee makers and refrigerators (no kitchens). One of these two has a double bed and a fold down couch. The other has 3 queen beds for extra sleeping room.
All of our rooms have bathrooms with showers only; and include linens, bedding, and air conditioning.
Waters Edge Cabins
We offer 3 cabins for rent (open April 1st to November 1st) with full size refrigerator and stove with oven, air conditioning, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. We provide the bedding for the beds and towels for the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and the log cabin has a tub and shower. We have an outdoor fire pits as well.Waters Edge cabins have wireless internet available and cable television. Our cabins are smoke free!
Cabin #9 - (Duplex with cabin #10) Our 2 bedroom cabin, has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom has 1 double bed & 1 twin bed. Lots of sleeping space and reasonable.
Cabin #10 - (Duplex with cabin #10) Our 1 bedroom cabin has 1 double bed, 1 twin bed & 1 rollaway bed.
Log Cabin - Our 1 bedroom Log Cabin has 1 double bed and a fold down couch in the living room, plus a roll away.
Waters Edge Campground
Contact us to be put on the waiting list for 2014. We do have openings for nightly camping.Enjoy a Mississippi River getaway at the Waters Edge Campground. You will be surrounded by the lofty bluffs of Southwestern Wisconsin's own Driftless Region. Waters Edge has 30 + campsites with the benefit of sitting next to the majestic Mississippi River. Campers enjoy the excellent fishing and wildlife of the river on our marina. Cool your catch of the day in the unique artisan well that bubbles from the bank of the marina and tumbles into the river. Clean your catch from our fish cleaning table equipped with electricity, lights and shade. Our campground has showers in the campground restrooms. Nightly campers WELCOME, weekly rates availalble! Reservations recommended. Please let us know in advance if you need a boat slip as we have limited slips avaialble.
Waters Edge Chalet Vacation Home
Come stay in our lovely vacation home with plenty of space and privacy. Enjoy your dinner with a view of the sun setting on the Mississippi River from the vacation home sunroom, right next to Waters Edge Marina and boat launch. Available for year round use. We also rent out boat slips for our vacation home guests at a rate of $8 a day. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing a boat slip as there are limited slips available.The vacation home-1 and a half baths, a fully stocked kitchen includes full size refrigerator smaller stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and a smaller kitchen on the porch.
Waters Edge Lakeside Cabins
Located only 5 blocks from the Mississippi River, you will find a peaceful spot with a view of the majestic bluffs. This 20 acre paradise provides a tranquil place to view deer, turkey, geese, ducks, cranes, eagles and more. Hike the wooded trails through the beautiful valley, fish the lake or nearby trout stream. Just across the lake you will find a meadow with a golf driving range. It is truly the best of both worlds!Our five 2 bedroom cabins overlook scenic Frog Point Lake.
Enjoy viewing wildlife hiking the trails, swimming, fishing, pedal boating, canoeing or kayaking(trolling motors only), volleyball, beach and campfires! There is a driving range within walking distance as well, so bring your clubs. A community dock for the cabin use, pedal boat, row boat and a canoe are available. Please bring your own life preservers.
The cabins are furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch in the living room. Bed linens, towels, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerators are furnished. The cabins come with air conditioning, cable tv, and wifi.
Relish in the view of the lake from your own patio that comes with a fire ring, 4 patio chairs, table and a charcoal grill.
Pricing $120 per night for 4 or fewer people and $10 for each additional person.
We allow pets for $10.00 a day if kept on a leash or in your rooms. Pets allowed in Cabins 3, 4 and 5. No pets allowed in Cabins 1 and 2 for our guests with allergies. You must bring your own pet bedding and dog dishes. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. You need to pick up after your pet outside as well or an additional fee will be assessed.
Use of the boat launch is included for quests staying with us and there is a daily rate for dock space in the marina for $8 per day.
At the time of reservation, be sure to reserve a boat slip because of limited availability.
