Cougar sighting on home surveillance camera near Milwaukee. I wonder if the DNR is going to say it was a pet that escaped.

Teddy had Dogs and a Knife.. The jogger only had his bloody hands...
I read a book which was a collection of old "Outdoor Life" articles/short stories. One was of Teddy R. He was on a long lion hunt out west. Him and his guys traveled from ranch to ranch. One lion stood it's ground and was having it out with the dogs. Teddy jumped in and killed the lion with a knife.
Not just reporting..he killed it..
The CPW has confirmed that the Cougar died of suffocation..

After additional investigation, including examination of the lion, we have confirmed the victim's account that he was able to suffocate the animal while defending himself from the attack.
They did a Necropsy on the animal... that along with physical evidence confirmed he killed it in self-defense..
