Good Duck Gumbo Recipe?

2-3 lbs duck meat cubed and boneless,1/2 cup flour,onion diced,garlic diced salt/pepper,2 bay leaves,1 lb favorite "Hot/Spicy" sausage, 4 cups chicken stock, 1/2 cup fresh okra,1/4 cup oil.1. Season duck meat with salt/pepper, dredge in flour, and heat a large skillet on med-high heat. Brown duck meat in oil, remove and set aside,Add sausage to skillet and brown, add remaining onions, garlic,bay leaves,and chicken stock. Add duck back to skillet, Bring to slow simmer and cover. Turn heat down to low-medium. Cook for approx. 25 mins. Add okra, Serve over hot rice (remove bay leaves) enjoy...
