was trying to find out if it is safe to eat fish from the Des plains river near Chicago, and next to the Stevenson expressway at first ave exit. Anyone with info would be very helpful. thanks.

Go to Illinois DNR web site click on Fishing then click on license and information then click on fishing regulations on pg 57 to pg 60 shows some fish eating regulations on public waters in illinois. Big Al
