With the warm weather it's time to start switching gear over. One of the top goals for this weekend is to get the houses out in the yard to air out and dry completely before storing. Yep, one of my houses was musty. Would have been bad if I left them all summer.

For an auger add Stabile or Seafoam to the tank and run to pass it through the carb, fog it you like and store. Try to keep in a dry environment rather than a damp basement. My Otter Sled is set open for several warm dry days before I close it down taking care to fold the canvas straight. Reels are put back on the panfish open water gear after being spooled with new line and lubed.

Do you guys run your augers out of gas or just drain the tank for storage?
