Let's talk grease

I was wondering what people's opinion of grease. Between my boat, ATV, and truck, should I be using different types of grease on the zerk fittings, or is there a general purpose grease that would work for everything?

Any grease is better than no grease. I use one type for all.

I use 4 types of grease, Marine grease for the boat, dielectric grease for electrical connections, anti-seize for stuff like wheel studs, break caliper bolts etc. and general purpose hi temp. black goop for all else. Not to particular about brands.

I use a marine grease for the boat trailer and any brand x for everything else.Never had any issues with any machines or equipment. That being said, is there a secret, after loading a manual grease gun, to getting the grease started? I have multiple guns and none of them want to start flowing without a lot of various manipulations. I have been told air compressed guns are no better? Thanks.

Cen-Pe-Co for grease and oil in the vehicles. ATV and boat I use the manufactures brand for oil.
