FISHING FORECAST
Trumbull Lake will provide yellow perch angler’s opportunities to harvest angler acceptable size and larger fish throughout the 2017 – 2018 fishing season. Yellow perch opportunities will be limited in Trumbull Lake; however, anglers with persistence and patience will be rewarded with angler acceptable and larger size fish in the creel. Best fishing action will occur during the early spring on the hard bottom point on the north side of the lake. Cast a minijig tipped with wigglers to find yellow perch, then switch to bait under a bobber for the best action. Don’t overlook the winter season for good action; move around until active fish are found. (2017)
