Water levels have gone up a bit due to recent rains, but are still a few inches below crest. Area water temperatures are in the mid 50s. Anglers have found the most success fishing off rock points and the edges of weed lines. Shoreline wader fishing has been improving. Most courtesy docks are still in place.

The water temperature is in the mid 50s.

Black Crappie - Fair: Using minnows and plastics has been working well for many anglers.

Bluegill - Fair: Most fish have moved deeper, but anglers can still be successful fishing from a dock or shore. Try using a small hook and piece of worm. In deeper water try using pilkie's with wigglers or slip bobber setup.

Yellow Perch - Fair: Sorting will most likely be needed.

Water temperatures have been dropping a bit slower because of last week's high temps. That heat wave has come to an end and water temperatures should begin to drop quickly. Area water temperatures remain in the mid 60's but expect a rapid drop. Most area water levels are several inches below crest. Anglers have found the most success fishing off rock points and the edges of weed lines. Shoreline wader fishing should improve over the next week.

Water temperatures have been dropping quickly due to colder nights. Area water temperatures are in the upper to mid 60s. Most area water levels are a couple inches below crest. Anglers have found the most success fishing off rock points and the edges of weed lines. Slowly trolling over weed beds in around 15ft of water has been working for handful of species. Many weed beds are starting to die back as water temperatures decrease.
