How do I order an item?Ordering on Lake-Link could not be easier! Just go to the page with the details of the item you wish to purchase. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the box next to the appropriate item. If there are limited quantities available for that item, there will be a drop-down list with the number of items available. Choose the quantity you wish from the drop-down list. Click the "Add To Cart" button at the bottom of the page and the item will be added to your virtual shopping basket. To check out click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping basket and follow the simple instructions.
I am a Lake-Link Member but I do not see the Member's price in my shopping basket?Bonus member discount prices are available on select items. If there is a bonus Member discount available for a particular item it will be displayed on the that item's details page. When you add items to your card it will display the regular Lake-Link price by default. To receive the member pricing first you must be a Lake-Link member. Click here for information on how to become a Lake-Link Member. If you are a Lake-Link Member, you must be logged into your Member account to recive the Member discounted pricing.
What is your return/guarantee Policy?There is a 15 day guarantee on purchases from the time you receive the product if it is in it's original condition, except special ordered purchases. We will issue a full refund on any item if the above conditions are met. We can refund the cost of shipping if the return is the result of an error on our behalf. What if an item is back ordered or sold out?Many items are Closeouts, so back orders are cancelled. You will be notified of any back order or sold items and you will not be charged for these items.
