Light Batter for Deep FryingIngredients:
Directions:Mix Tempura according to Directions, using good judgement as to the amount of fish, shrimp, lobster, and/or veggies one would like to use.(onions, squash, mushrooms-drained, etc.) This is a thin batter and can be flavored with spices and herbs. I occasionally use cajun or Old Bay. Dip pieces to be fried into batter and deep fry until golden brown. Season to taste. Dip into sause of choice. EAT!!!!!!!
