Lac La Croix Lake

Stayed at Zups and had a blast. We simply crushed walleyes everyday we were there. Biggest fish was 26 with lots of fish over 20. Our ideal depth seemed to be around 23' but some were shallower and some were deeper. Caught them on everything. Jigs, cranks, plastics, you name it. If anyone is ever looking for a good fishing trip and a great place to stay with stellar accommodations and food, Zups is your place. Crane is only 4 hours from the cities and the boat ride in is awesome. 

Anybody ever stay at Zups? Heading there for the 2nd year for a 4 day mid-September fishing trip. Already know the food and accommodations will be great, looking for any last minute tips for walleyes and lakers. Was able to catch both last year hanging around the resort on the west end but looking to venture further east to have some better success.
