The lake is partially skimmed over as of 1/4.

Most lakes are all frozen over but the snow on top has made for uneven ice formation. Check conditions frequently as you go. For more information, contact the Lake Macbride Fisheries Station at 319-624-3615.

The lake just froze over Sunday so ice is just forming. Use caution if venturing out.
