We will have a key for the village launch. And park a the Waters Edge apartments. We have a pass on motor size for this day. We will be targeting LM bass. Best 5 in your boat to be weighed in. And we will grill out and weigh in prize's right at the little park at the launch. Let me know for sure. Thanks for your support.

So, the place is set for the Take A Vet Fishing. It will be on Deep Lake, we will will launch out of Waters Edge Apartments. We will have plenty of parking for 15 to 20 boats, we will start launching around 5:30am and will kick it off as soon as we get everyone in the water. We can still use a few more boater's. The date is Saturday, July 18th. If you say you`re going to be there, then you have to show up. I do not want a Vet to have to be turned away because of a no show. The fee for the boaters will be $75, $25 will go to the VFW and the rest will be paid back. For the non-boaters, it will be $25, $5 to the VFW and $20 payed back. This will be a team thing, but the payout will be bigger for the boater's. If you just want to fish and not join the money pot thats fine also. I have got some great stuff for raffles from Denali Rods PowerTeam Lures Solar Bat Sunglasses. A Alfa Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. gave a blank check for what ever the food will cost. I have a lot of other businesses willing to donate and will find out what/who soon. If anyone knows someone who wants to sponsor, please let me know. I will have a banner made by Just Great Graphic's MattSnoop Aerne, all sponsors will be added. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Guys!! I could not do this with out you. Like I said, we still need more boater's and volunteers for grilling and weight-in, so ask anyone you would think that would like to help.
