Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Mr.Pool ,You need to get you a "insta-pot. that changed my lonely life immensily and I use it all the time.

Haven't had lamb chops for roughly 2yrs, yum! Pulled a bag of frozen fried rice from the freezer and added leftover chicken here. Zzzz belly is full, not everyone can say that...

Tonight  I made a tomato, cumumber and onion salad. A ribeye steak done to medium-rare with a butter bath.. a nice cold beer for the dinner drink . 

Boneless chicken breasts are in a simple brine for the grill later along with spanish rice, corn, and a foil pack of sliced tators and onion w/butter

Bluegills caught yesterday and asparagus from the garden.
