Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Bbq ribs in the oven. To much rain for outdoor grilling. A nice salad to go with, homemade blue cheese dressing.

Finished off a couple of stuffed green peppers. Still tasted good even after a couple of days in the fridge.

Took some basic grilled boneless skinless chix breast, cut into bite size pieces. Put in center of plate, surrounded it with everything off the door of the fridge that u could possibly dip it in…
Ranch, catalina, hot sauce, sweet & sour, and the coup de gras’ …Log Cabin syrup!
Considering it was left over nite, thought it mildly inspired…

Plain ole tomato soup and a toasted grilled cheese sandwich. Did not feel like cooking much today.

Supper tonight was baked haddock with lemon juice, old bay seasonings,  and olive oil, steamed the asparagus with butter and fresh cracked pepper and  a drizzle of olive oil and couscous with fresh black pepper and butter.  Melted butter for the fish.

Chi town don’t make them plain. Put spicy barbecue sauce on them. I always place an onion on top with melted cheese as well.
