Fall Turkey Tags

Does anyone remember the sight to find out if we drew a tag or will they be out soon?

bought my tag tuesday, also went out to set my deerstand up on my farm, spooked 20+ gobblers out. looks like i will be bowhunting for multiple species!!

got mine last week!! excited excited excited! was up north yesterday where I hunt and seen some in the cut corn fields already!! woot

That postcard is a waste of money IMO. You don't even need to show it when you go to buy your license, like you used to. That was before the days of ALIS. Obviously anyone who visits here could find out for themselves whether they drew a tag or not. Did you you apply online? I always do as you have documented proof you applied. You don't have to worry about the app getting destroyed in the mail, plus you can change/edit your preferences right up until the deadline. Tim

Received my tag in the mail yesterday! Becareful when looking through your mail because the tag looked like junk mail when I received it. Real small postcard.

I have been applying for zone 7 just so I have a tag when I bow hunt up north. I saw 2 come by one day last year and didn't have a tag. I probably won't see any now that I do. Otherwise I hunt zone 3 and there are so many tags I don't even waste preference points on that zone any more....

I think I may have forgotten to apply!!! oh noes! "2012 Fall Turkey Leftover Permit Availability Successful applicants will be notified by mail the week of August 20, 2012. Remaining permits will go on sale beginning Saturday, August 25 at 10 a.m. Leftover permits will be issued on a one per-day basis."

I just logged on to the licensing site and it says I got a fall permit for zone 7. I didn't get anything in the mail yet though. Just click on the fall turkey permit and it will say there.

When or have they sent out the 2012 fall turkey permits yet?

looked on the DNR website and can't seem to find out if the fall season is extened for zones 1-5? Does anyone know if the extention was approved? thanks

i got one and also i got a left over so that means 2 turkeys for me this fall!

lots of extra tags available yet in most zones if your looking to buy an extra or forgot to send in

Oh ya, left over permits go on sale this Saturday/ August 27th at noon.
