Ha! I wasn't trying to imply anything, just making people aware so they don't learn the hard way (a poor choice of wording, I know)
Another trip that might not be too bad is the Racine County fox/ lake tichigan area as well. Probably wouldn't do it during duck season though.
The nude/g** beach is why I said SOUTH of Mazo.........lol. I am in no way h***phobic, but I sure don't want to watch it.
I Second the Crawfish River recommendation, you could throw the Bark River in there as well. The 2 websites crankbait recommended are good places to start. I should have brought them up in my first post.
There's a link that I thought was better than these two, but granted, I didn't look too hard. It mentioned the Crawfish river (along with about 10 others is the southern 1/2 & another 10 in the northern) and where to put in & get out.
I agree that the lower WI is great, just don't get too close to the nude beach when you pass it unless you want to be at eye level with dongers flappin every which way. If you can get a group with you so everybody has firewood on board I reccommend doing an overnighter on an island.
