Everytime I go out the Silver Lake I always have good success. Depending out of the fish are active or not I either slow fish or I like to throw a lot of top water if the lake is calm. I catch anything from muskies largemouth bass walleye and Northerns.

I do walking fishing in the summer two to three times a week. I catch lots of bass and at least one of them is a nice sizer. I have also caught northerns while walking fishing. My brother caught a tiger musky with me just this past summer. I have never caught a small mouth or walleye. I have seen many nice size large mouth caught in this lake. My brother seems to always catch them. Hell.. I damn near stepped on a musky while walking fishing before my brother grabbed me. It just chilled there for a min before slowing swimming away. My brother "you might want to cast first if you want to catch something" lol
