Ice: 12"
Fished the mighty Mauthe today. Ice was 12+ inches. A struggle as usual for me. Managed 10 fish jigging with 20 fow holding most bites. 4 keeper gills. Small chartreuse jig with wax worms. Crazy northern wanted to introduce himself on a jig pole. We talked . High point was watching a young father help his young son get a nice bass through the ice. I hope the father realizes he’s in the best years of his life.
