I'm not saying it is safe to fish but...
It looks like there are 1 or 2 people off the Pleasant Springs boat launch and 1 portable tent in the deep hole out from Amundson launch. No ATV's or permanent shanties to be seen.
If you go out, please post pictures of the shoreline. I'm guessing you need a long board or waders to get out without getting wet.

Checked out pleasant springs launch and amundson landing (town of Dunn). Ice looks like the end of March, not middle of February! Would not recommend taking a snowmobile out there. Theres a board at the pleasant springs landing to get on (first two pics are pleasant springs) and ice is shoved up at Town of Dunn landing. I took my chisel out there and cant make it thru with multiple hits to the ice, but you can see the ice is completely rotten and, near shore, it sinks a bit when you walk on it.
I found this on the Dane county Sheriff’s website.
Effective immediately, flotation inspections and certificates are no longer required to operate a vehicle on the icebound waters of Dane County lakes. Dane County Ordinance 71.11 was amended and no longer requires them. You must still maintain flotation devices on vehicles less than 850 pounds on the icebound waters of Lakes Mendota, Monona, and Wingra. Flotation devices are also required on vehicles between 750 and 850 pounds operating on any other icebound lake waters. A special certificate is available and required for vehicles weighing 850 pounds or more. Please see Ordinance 71.13 for these exceptions to the weight limitations. Failure to have the flotation devices or to obtain a special certificate for the weight exception will likely result in a citation.
For more information on flotation devices, please see the Dane County Ice Ordinance.
