Fox River Oshkosh - Rainbow Park

Current conditions on the Wolf River and Fox River south of Fremont, WI ~Flood update

Does anyone have a water temperature by rainbow park. Oshkosh. 

Anything biting on the T docks?

Fished Tuesday with not so much luck!  dozen or so baby WB and 2 keeper WB using just plain hook n minnow and fly tipped with minnow.

Water temp was 46 and still TONS of shad everywhere on the shorelines.  Friend killed them the day before.  That is fishing.

NO BAD DAYS! 

Fished this past weekend on the fox in oshkosh. Caught most on a purple or pink snd purple fly tipped with s minnow. Fished mostly the south shore of the river due to wind and abundance of bait fish seen in the area on fish finder.
Ended up going home with about 66 whites

We fished last tuesday and kept a few whitebass and eyes and tossed back 20+ sheeps 

All on hook n minnow or fly tipped w minnow.   water temp was 67.   Its under 60 now this week

I haven't been out myself but I've seen and heard reports of whitebass being caught in the river all the way through town. Some on 3/8 jigs and some on flies but everyone says to slowly work the bait on the bottom. 

Are the Whitebass biting at Rainbow Park?

Fished Friday from 9am- 1pm, caught 30 Whitebass. It was hot so we took a break and started fishing again at 5:30 pm but it got really slow then. They’re everywhere so just gotta try to find them. The really big one’s had eggs but they were 4 incher’s(all released back) through around 18 inches. Go catch some. Best bite would be morning bite.

friend did decent last week and we will give it a shot this Tuesday n Saturday.  Will report back with hopefully some good news!  Heard it was hard finding bait a few weeks ago at any shops
