Just a reminder that Voyager is closed over Memorial day weekend for Celebrate DePere. Might save someone a trip.

We went out to try and catch a few WB for fun, 5/13,  WINDY as heck, didn't go by the other boats out there.  Caught 1 WB, 6 nice 17"-19" walleye and about 6 nice sheeps. ;)
We had so much fun we went out again the next day, same place, no one around at all, WINDY as heck.  Again 1 WB, about 6 sheeps and this time 3 legal but smaller eyes than the day b4.  Me thinks the WB are done, it was all for fun anyway.  I wish we'd have caught more sheeps.
Oh ya, we caught a 7' St Croix rod and nice reel the next day (Wed) too  No eyes, 3 WB and 3 sheeps, not that much wind, nice fishing that day--for a change.  The first 2 days it was quite brutal out there with that wind/waves--even in the river.

Road trip to De Pere Wisconsin!!
wasn't the fish we were looking for LOL
but still a good time 😁 The BFS gear made all the difference.

I caught the most fish in the lay-downs in front of Voyager Park.  The drum were aggressively hitting a goby ned rig.

River Channel
Filled the cooler in 2-1/2 hours.  8 Ft of water casting toward the drop off.  Paddle tails did the job.  12 to 15 inches, mostly females.
