Eureka Dam

Went up a ways from the landing today. Maybe 5-6 trailers in the lot. Water temp up to 58*. We caught 2  stinkin’ rock bass. Where are the white bass?

Well, we just went fishing when it felt like the time to go. I’m 66 but kinda like like having the technology available so I don’t waste what valuable time I have. 
Today I fished off the dock in Eureka for an hour. Saw 1 white bass caught. Went to Omro and a woman there had a cooler full of catfish! 6-8 fish all 5-10 pounds.

It’s like nobody uses lake link anymore. 

 Any reports of whitebass with the coming warming trend?

Fished for 4 hours yesterday, the 28th, in one spot towards the dam and one spot down river a ways. 
Air temp was mid 60s and water temp was 52*. Caught 1 female white bass. She totally choked down the minnow and fly. Seemed weird after a bite like that, that there weren’t more fish feeding. 

A large marsh project was completed just upstream from Eureka by Walleyes For Tomorrow.

Water not super dirty but is very high.  Water going over the top of lock.  Two trailers in the lot at 11am. I shore fished and managed a few perch. Was checked by the wardens and they said it was slow over the whole system.
