ANGLING OPPORTUNITIES
Chodikee Lake always produces some really nice sized largemouth bass. Because of its bowl shape most anglers focus their fishing efforts along the shorelines that are covered with lily pads. Anglers will have the most success using topwater frogs and weedless soft plastic baits.

Anglers targeting panfish will find a wide variety of species including: bluegill, black crappie, yellow perch and brown bullheads. Anglers report having the most success fishing on the east shore using live bait. Ice fishermen have success using small ice jigs fished in the middle of the lake to catch yellow perch and bluegills.
