Lake Gleneida, located right off of Route 52 in the Town of Carmel, has a good cold and warm water fishery.

Gleneida is stocked every spring with 3000 brown trout, 1000 rainbow trout and 700 lake trout. All three species do very well in the lake, and it is not uncommon to see a 10 pound fish. Gleneida has some really nice weed beds in the shallows, and anglers report doing well catching bass and panfish from them.
