Anglers are catching largemouth bass out of North Prairie Lake.
Largemouth Bass - Fair: Try casting and retrieving top water baits, spinner baits or crankbaits early morning or late evening for largemouth bass.

North Prairie Lake is stocked twice each spring and fall with about 1,800 rainbow and brook trout for cold-weather community fishery opportunities. North Prairie also maintains populations of bluegill, channel catfish and largemouth bass. Shore fishing can be difficult in some areas due to abundant emergent vegetation.(2015)
