The Viking Lake water level is close to full and will offer good fishing opportunities in 2023.

Black Crappie - Fair: Fish around the jetty's and underwater reefs to catch late spawning crappies.

Bluegill - Good: Cast small jigs and move often to find spawning bluegill.

Largemouth Bass - Good: Fish for bass just outside the flooded terrestrial vegetation.
