Iowa Great Lake water temperatures are around 65° or lower. The rest of this weeks extended forecast calls for warmer temperatures, but next week temperatures are expected to be in the lower 50s to lower 60s. The area Walleye bite should start to pick up as water temperatures start to fall. The panfish bite should begin to pickup around shore as fish move towards shallower water. The Yellow Perch Bite has began to also pick up recently.

Iowa Great Lake water temperatures have dropped significantly in the past couple weeks with the cooler temperatures and are 64° or lower. This weeks extended forecast calls for some warmer temperatures again next ranging from upper 60s to upper 70s. The area Walleye bite should start to pick up as water temperatures start to fall. The panfish bite should begin to pickup around shore as fish move towards shallower water. The Yellow Perch Bite has began to also pick up recently.

This weeks extended forecast calls for some warmer temperatures again next ranging from lower 70s to lower 80s. The area Walleye bite should start to pick up as water temperatures start to fall. The panfish bite has been excellent recently in deeper water, especially on West Okoboji. The Yellow Perch Bite has began to also pick up recently.

This weeks extended forecast calls for some cooler temperatures ranging from with highs in the upper 80s to mid 50s. The area Walleye bite has slowed down considerably due to very warm water conditions. The panfish bite has been excellent recently in deeper water, especially on West Okoboji. The overall bite should pick up as forecasted temperatures go down.
