Fished Palo on Tuesday 10/25 from 1pm-4pm.  Overcast with a bit of wind, water temps ranged from 49-53.  Targeted largemouth, caught a 2lber within the first 15 minutes on the water with a red medium diving crankbait.  Fish were relating to submerged trees, suspended in the branches.  Saw a lot of fish locked on the bottom, but they weren't biting.
