Black Crappie - No Report: Greenfield has a good population of 10 inch black crappies.

Channel Catfish - Fair: Target channel catfish in the upper end of the lake where water temperature is warmest.

At the time of this report ice conditions are beginning to deteriorate. With forecasted rain this weekend anglers need to use caution when venturing out. For information on lakes in Southwest Iowa call the Cold Springs office at (712) 769-2587.

Black Crappie - Good: Late evening is the best bite for 10 inch black crappie.

Greenfield has a good population of 10 inch black crappie in the lake.

At the time of this report ice conditions range from 8 to 12 inches in the district. For information on lakes in Southwest Iowa call the Cold Springs office at (712) 769-2587.

Black Crappie - Fair: Move often to find schools of black crappie. Late evening is the best bite.

Greenfield has a good population of 10 inch black crappie in the lake.
