What's everybody seeing out there on this bone dry year?? Most smaller potholes are dry or just a puddle not seeing much for local hatch either atleast for ducks, some geese but very few and far between SE WI.

Hunted SE WI sat and sun, sat am did see more geese than there has been with the wind it was hard to get them to finish, not much for ducks other than a few flocks in the grey light, yesterday a bit better saw a few more ducks but no real opportunity at them and less geese than sat but with lighter winds they lit better and we scratched out a few, fun weekend. There was a push of birds hopefully they will keep trickling down.

Hunted last two days. Managed a limit today and two on Saturday. Probably would have done better Saturday but was set up close to two other hunters that I had no idea were there. They had all sorts of shooting. Moved to the more open part of lake and scratched out two. Hunted the same spot today and was the only one out there banging.😊
