Larry Smith fishing show

Perch fishing in 80' of water. Nice perch but unfortunately no catch and release at that depth. Bet the crowds will be gathered on that area after seeing the show.

What happened to the Gillespie posts?

What I really didn't understand is if it really was true and not staged? why air it at all? its a fishing show.

Anybody understand  that segment about the new boat his Guide was getting from FLORIDA. Apparently it was not new but just a different one? And both the boat broker and the two who hauled it were shady? 

He's really into biking.

I was actually watching JG just now and saw Dale Strochein. Is he ok? He looks like a shadow. 

Watch Larry a lot more than the other Guy! Larry goes a little Far on some shows but overall explains a lot and mostly stays local in Wi. By the absence of John’s posts I guess others have the same feelings!

His show is a disappointment with or without photo's. Just a lot of hot air and plugging his sponsors. Why I watch him  and Gillespie on Sunday mornings I'll never know !! Guess I need to get a life..............

Anyone know the stretch of the Wisconsin River they were fishing on this week's show?

Todays show mysteriously cut off at the end of the show. Was it an intentional thing because of content was it just bad editing? 

Larry must have been slumming it in the Dells last week.

Bow hunting guy (I assume you are a bowhunter) I’ll give up my depthfinder/GPS/Livescope when you give up your trail cameras, elevated stands, and compound or crossbow. 

Fish fillet, that sounds great in theory, but I believe it is more complicated. Bag limits, tag allocations, etc. are based on a certain percentage of people being unsuccessful. 

Every outdoor pursuit is getting exponentially easier for more people to be successful. The massive new influx of people, paired with better technology and better equipment in general puts a new strain on a finite resource. As I said before, go nuts with technology if you wish, but in my humble opinion you should be on a catch and release program if you don’t put a jig in the water until you see a fish on a screen.
