Time to talk BREWERS!!!!

Yeah I know baseball is ruined and ther Brewerw are almost as severly hampered by Princess Prieb as they are the lack of revenue sharing, but Im still excited. I am probably crazy but I think the Crew should be .500 this year and if Sheets, Wright, Quevedo, and Nuegebaur pitch up to their potential and we dont swing at everything, I think the crew can win 90 and be in the wild card race late, which is something we havent seen in a long, long time. They must finish over .500 to avoid 10 years straight of losing seasons. I think it is time for a coup to remove Princess Prieb.

"Outfield prospect Luis Lara and the Milwaukee Brewers are in agreement on a seven-year, $31 million contract extension that includes three club options, sources tell ESPN. Lara, 21, has dominated Triple-A this season. Deal maxes out at $79 million," Passan wrote.Lara has played in 56 games so far this season and is slashing .338/.447/.500 with a .947 OPS, seven homers, 27 RBIs, 18 stolen bases, eight doubles, two triples and 49 runs scored.
Crew locked up another one of their young prospects, Luis Lara.#5 rated player in their system. CF who already has MLB ready defensive skills. Only 5'7" but has great speed and has shown more power this year with 7 HR's at Triple-A.

Sproat pitched only 5 innings. Hasn't been very good the last month, but rookies have their ups and downs. Looks like they are sticking with him for the time being. I must confess, with only 1 hit all game and 3 strikeouts in the top of the 8th, I gave up watching and went to bed. Missed the crazy ending
Saw the highlights this morning and agree "a win is a win".. Saw we lost another pitcher last night (Fitzpatrick) to an elbow injury and Murph said it does not look good. Team called up Yoho and Fitzpatrick earlier in the day . DL Hall went on the IL and will see how Anderson responds to that line drive he took to the arm. Running out of arms !!!
Sproat got off to a rough start but he gave the team 7 innings. Will need him to give the team some good starts.

Worst part of that game was both Hall and Anderson leaving the game with injuries. Hall has really been pitching well this year (2.03 ERA) and Anderson was eating up a lot of innings. That line drive off Anderson had to hurt. Hope neither is long term with all the other injuries on the staff.
