If you like watching birds or have any comments about a cool bird in your yard or something, this would be a good place to discuss anything to do with birds.

30 bucks...the memory card (separate) wipes itself, so long as you set it that way in your settings, if ya get one. You're working with a clean slate every 24hrs other than video or stills you want to keep. I'm not hard to find around here, but some may want to have their metadata swept automatically...that's just playin it safe. That's the cheap route anyway! Probably have them now where it's all taken care of, but I don't need any new subscriptions.

Better yet, I just recently found the cams themselves on Amazon and a person could custom build a feeder, or just hang em by an existing feeder. Just 4 days into it here...lol

Lol..... I meant to say house finch, some reason I always tend to call them red finches.
One of these days I need to get one of these feeders with a camera built-in.  Cool close up pics.

On VIEUX DESSERT after supper yesterday and saw 3 waves of honkers going north also. I don't remember ever seeing that so late.

It was like a war zone out there this evening with the female Hummers fighting each other. I even had one smack me in the head lol.     I had 81 come to the feeders in about an hour tonight, all females.   They sound like bees when they fly within a foot of you.   I wonder what the males do.

On Saturday morning I also had a flock of about 50 Canada geese fly over me in northern WI.  They were heading NNW.

I saw a flock of 50 geese Saturday flying north in Northern WI and thought the exact same thing!

Odd question-anyone else seeing flocks of geese in a v flying north still.  Seen that two or three times the past week.  Figured every adult goose should be on nests or with young at this time of year.  Found that odd.

There was absolutely no way to pull out my phone, but had a hummer drinking through a red straw from a cup in my hand twice this past weekend. Beautiful, green body and red chest. It's happened on a table before, never while standing with a cup. Good stuff

Carp,  I've had a couple hummingbirds sneak into the house accidentally. For the most part there pretty chill. They usually let me lightly grasp them and release back outside.
Such an incredible little bird.

I one got humming birds so used to me they would land on my finger to feed at the feeder if I didn't move.  Really cool to do.
