If you like watching birds or have any comments about a cool bird in your yard or something, this would be a good place to discuss anything to do with birds.

Yup.   We will see with the window feeder.   She lives in town .  Squirrels may say hello soon!  

What happens when a bear finds it?

Pickled, daughter bought me a suction cup type feeder you hang on the window.  Had to take it down. 2 window crashes and a small crack in the window couple weeks later. Even tried window clingy thing's.. Both birds shook it off eventually, but sure got the kitty's attention wobblin around..
The one your daughter installed looks cool though. Hope it goes well. Get a chippy in there my cat's would destroy my house..lol

Carpio zoom zoom!! LOL I returned to the nesting area this morning and there are 3 BABIES!!! Sooo stinking cuteness overload!

YYEEESSSS!!! Found some baby great horn owlets! Was hoping they would turn but, they were hunkered down from the wind. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

To your point Carpio....here is a pic I took a few years ago.

Those drakes are really rough  on the hens. I’ve seen them hold under water for at least a minute.     They won’t take no from her.   Lol
