Located in the heart of Waushara county is Silver Lake. This lake is loaded with some giant Largemouth Bass. The Northern Pike fishery is also very good. Pan fishing is also good with some nice size keepers. If your targeting Walleyes, I would recommend fishing elsewhere.

Wanted to take a break from the Lakes in Madison and fished this past week. What a great lake!
Caught a bunch of crappies off the point. Then headed down by the cove and was catching perch like no tomorrow.
The skiers and tubers were out but it did not bother us most of our fishing was on the outer edges away from them.
I don't know why people have not posted about this lake much but ...it's a sleeper!
