Did real well here with my girlfriend for little bluegills and she even caught her favorite, a few pumpkinseeds. The fish were all of three to four inches, but hey, that's better than what the guy next to us caught. He was flinging all sorts of bass lures from the eighties and early nineties. Then he tried a present day lure and got nothing. I like the lake a lot, it's tiny, there is barely any room to fish because there are so many weeds, and the lake has what it needs to gain my ladies approval.

Fished this lake all my life, has definetly gone down hill, but excellent pike population, if you figure out how and when to catch them. My lips are sealed! The pike aren't all small, I got 36" out on the south side, and I have proof! I still think it's a great lake people just need to give it a chance!
