Started fishing this lake over 40 years ago. Great memories taking My Mother out to fish Panfish in the early spring and Largemouth bass all summer long. Best luck, and most fun, was fly fishing for Bluegills in the spring with a 4 wt & 2pound tippit with a floating black ant. Could always out fish the bobber fisherman this time of the year 10 to 1. During the summer fish the thick Lilly pads with any kind of weed less topwater bait and Bass should not disappoint. The other plus is these fish were always great eating out of this lake. One suggestion, you better plan on launching your boat before sunrise between Memorial day and Labor day if you want a parking place. Good Luck & tight lines.

Fished this lake once about 25 years ago with some guys from work. I caught a 12-14 inch muskie on a little mister twister on the south end back in the channel? under a boat. Also seen some very nice bass swimming around in about 10ft of water{very clear water},couldn't get them to take anything though. All in all nice lake.
