good lake, know it well but not for your avg fisherman, this lake takes some time to learn, has big everything in it, but in my opinion very few muskies even though I have a pic of one from here, find ciscos and you will find fish. Caution of some rock bars that are not forgiving on the map.

Was taking a few days off this August, and drove around the lake. Stopped on the South shore and saw buoys out about 75 yds. My lab swam out towards them, and I saw 2 trout surface. Huge trout. The water was very cold for the time of year. Of course I will return and make an attempt to catch those trout. Beautiful lake, pristine. A true gem of the area.
